Ep 55- Your health is a reflection of you

This title may be triggering for you. I'm personally a positive person and like to believe that we are all perfect beings in our own way and nobody should tell us anything negative. As I discuss in this episode, this title is not meant to bring shame. In fact, it can be eye opening what reading that title brings up for you. It may help shine a light on areas you need additional support in healing. What this title is meant to do is create a space for self-reflection. Are you happy with your health right now? Are you feeling your absolute best? Are there areas in your life (specifically your health) that you want to improve?

What we are experiencing now in how we feel and any conditions or symptoms we currently have, is an effect of our current habits, beliefs, and values when it comes to the areas of our health such as nutrition, sleep, stress management, and fitness. Our current situation is a reflection of what we have been doing consistently up until this point. If you are in the best shape of your life, chances are you set some values, beliefs, and habits around those areas of your health in order to create the outcome of your ideal self. If you are not feeling your best, chances are there are some habits, beliefs, and values that may not be lining up with your vision for how you want to feel. That's the topic of this episode. 

In this episode we talk about:

- Blind spots and how they keep us from leveling up our health.

- How your beliefs around change can support your health.

- Default habits- where they come from, how to change them, how not to pass them onto kids.

- What your health values almost always relates to and how this can improve your health. 

- Plus, I go over an exercise that helps you gain clarity and insight in your current habits so that you know where to focus your efforts in order to improve your health!
