Many people crave sugar. We even started labeling ourselves as "sugar addicts" or having a "sweet tooth".  It's no secret that sugar in excess can lead to chronic conditions such as diabetes, insulin resistance, arthritis, tooth decay, high blood pressure, weight gain, kidney issues, and more.

Some people report their sugar cravings as almost impossible to ignore, while others can pinpoint a craving to a specific time of day. Whether a craving is physical, emotional, or merely just a habit that has formed, is it possible to reset your body and crave less sugar?
