You've likely set goals before. Maybe you do this regularly. Maybe you've sworn off goal setting after years of not achieving them. Wherever you stand when it comes to this, you may not be setting up your goals correctly. I for one believe that SMART goals are NOT the best way to goal set, despite being the most common form. It misses the boat right off the bat and tends to keep people surface level when it comes to what they want to achieve. 

 

Even before you get to the actual goal setting part, you need to do 1 key step in order to set your mind up for deeper, more meaningful goals. Let's break down a few of the things I do with clients in order to get them ready to achieve their nutrition and health goals.
