It's easy to look at someone who is in "good shape" and assume they workout in extreme ways. What if that wasn't the case? What if you didn't need to do hours and hours of cardio to get the results you are looking for?
In this episode I talk with Simone Mack-Orr, owner of Smack Fitness. Simone is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness instructor and has multiple other certifications and accomplishments. She has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and it's safe to say, she has seen her fair share of myths when it comes to working out. Are any of them holding YOU back?
