Ep 10- Q and A- Intermittent Fasting, smoothies, and weight gain
In this episode I'm celebrating my 10th episode by answering a few questions that were asked to me that I believe you may be wondering about as well. Weight loss, metabolism, fasting, healthy eating...it's all very confusing at times. I break down 3 questions that I received multiple times in a week period that I know more people may have as well.
The questions I discuss are:
1. "What do you think about intermittent fasting?"- I have a lot to say about this and some of it may surprise you.
2. "What is the difference between juicing and smoothies? Is one healthier than the other?" - I love that this question has come up a few times. I differentiate between the two and give my unfiltered response as to which one I prefer and hands down recommend over and over.
3. "How is it possible that I gained 2lbs overnight?"- I snuck this one in here at the last minute because I think there is a need to discuss this openly. Almost everyone at some point may have wondered about this so I break it down for you.
