As a Clinical Nutritionist and busy mom of 4, my moto when it comes to healthy eating is "simple, fresh, and effective". I focus not only on getting enough macronutrients (proteins, fats, and carbs) but also phytonutrients and micronutrients which are important for cellular functions, better digestion, managing inflammation, and stabilizing hormones. 

I also don't think you need to eat "perfect" all the time (as if that were even possible). The majority of the time is what matters and there's always room for a little fun!
